Welcome To autism complete fairburn

We’re glad to see you here!

Please use the map below as you guide yourself through our completed project! Additionally, we have highlighted several design factors to keep an eye out for.

1. Secured Access: When handling projects involving children, safety is Aspire’s #1 concern above all else. We designed a secure front desk area that ensures that all visitors must be seen before reaching any area where children may be.

2. Puzzle Pieces throughout building: As you stroll through the halls, you’ll notice puzzle pieces along the walls. This was a gift from Aspire to Autism Complete, to assist with wayfinding and room labels. We can’t wait to see how they customize them further.

3. Sound Insulation: When you travel from room to room, try to listen out for chatter from other guests. Aspire assured that each wall was sound-proofed to insure that while one class is playing loudly, other classes can continue working in peace.

4. Green Building Initiatives: Throughout the building, Aspire chose to use LED lights, rather than traditional ‘incandescent’ bulbs, which typically contain hazardous materials. Also, all the lights in the building operate via motion sensor to avoid unnecessary usage.

5. Full-Light Class Doors: Every room with a glass door is a room where children will frequent. As a safety measure, we wanted to ensure a clear line of vision to any place where children may be at all times.

6. Quiet Room: Towards the back of the building, there is a designated ‘quiet room’. This room is 100% sound-proofed. We wanted to provide an area where a child can express any and all emotion at the level that they need to, without disrupting their peers.

7. Toddler Restroom: Autism Complete is a place of learning. We chose to have dedicated toddler-sized toilets to make the teaching process as easy as possible. These smaller toilets allow for more independence and increased confidence in developing real-life skills.

8. Staff Only Areas: One of Aspire’s core principals is ‘soft life’. This value doesn’t just apply to our own company, but also our clients. We wanted to ensure that staff of Autism Complete have areas to decompress alone throughout the day if need be.

9. Executive Suite: Amber knows how difficult it is firsthand to not have a private, dedicated space to manage all the responsibilities that come with owning a business. That is why we included not just a private office for Barjona, (Founder of Autism Complete), but also a private restroom.

10. ‘Surround’ Visual Stimulation: After installing the fencing around the back patio, privacy was a concern that arose. As another gift from Aspire, we came up with the idea to use decorative exterior art to not only protect the privacy of the children, but also provide interesting textures and designs for their pleasure. Both the custom outdoor fabric and puzzle piece room markers were installed personally by the Aspire Team.
